About

What is ACHD?

Adult congenital heart disease, or ACHD, refers to heart conditions present from birth that continue to need specialized attention in adulthood. Many people with congenital heart disease had surgery or procedures as children, but ongoing follow-up remains important throughout life.

This site is being built as a Cincinnati-focused resource for education, community, events, publications, and personal stories.
